The Children’s Burn Foundation maintains a full schedule of community-based events in its commitment to educating the public on burn prevention. Community outreach extends far beyond the annual holiday party and fundraiser to include quarterly newsletters and continuous media outreach.

The Foundation recognizes that frequent outreach to the community can unite various constituencies, bring burn survivors and donors together and maintain key media relationships. By staying connected to the community, the Foundation is able to develop new program offerings and disseminate program results to teach the public how to prevent burn injuries.
