The trauma of a burn injury affects the entire family. Parents often must take time off from work to be with their children in the hospital and at home. For many, this can lead to financial crisis.

Financial Assistance

The Foundation’s Emergency Family Assistance program provides assistance to low income families for housing, utilities, groceries and other needs, relieving financial stresses so that families can focus on their child’s recovery.

Requests for Emergency Family Assistance must be submitted by the hospital or medical staff treating the child.
